A major update to the listing of candidates running for office in New Hampshire is complete.  The list is now sorted by County and then by District.  Furthermore, the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance Liberty Ratings for 2006, 2007 and 2008 is listed for those candidates that have ratings.

The November 2008 elections are critical. And the campaigns start NOW. All who wish to see Liberty grow in New Hampshire can help get pro-liberty candidates elected. The NHLA is sponsoring a series of hands-on workshops to get candidates connected with activists, and to show new activists what they need to do to get their true representatives elected!

2008 Liberty Ratings

The New Hampshire Liberty Alliance released the 2008 Liberty Ratings this past Thursday.  Please download the information and contact your elected officials in Concord and praise/educate them.

The Liberty Ratings have been updated on the Candidates page based on the newest report card.

Filing Period Ends June 13th

The filing period for all candidates (such as Governor, State Rep, State Senator, Congress, etc.) ends this week.  Furthermore, the filing period for delegates to the state convention ends this week.

Delegates have two primary responsibilities:

1.  They vote on the NHGOP Platform at the State Convention which is held after the Sept State Primary.

2.  They elect the State Committee Members at the December County/City Republican Caucas.

Leadership Institute Grassroots Training

The Leadership Institute will be conducting a Grassroots Activist School in Concord, NH on March 15th.

“The Leadership Institute’s mission is to identify, recruit, train, and place conservatives in politics, government, and the media.”

The course starts at 9:30 AM on March 15th. The cost of the course is $15 which includes dinner, course materials and source book. You can register online here.
